I just wanted to thank you for the encouragement you've given me. I hope everyone associated with SMS appreciates all the energy and entusiasim you pour into sailing. It does make a difference for some of us.

Gee, Bob, while I do agree that safety is the most important factor in sailing, under your new guidelines I wouldn't qualify as a student. I'll try to lose a few pounds, but, I'm getting pretty old to do that.

Hi, Bob, how about an update on the Director's News and Comments page?

Hi, Bob, what's happening on Sewell Mountain? Di and I are going to the lake for the weekend this evening. It will probably be mostly for work around the cabin, but, if it gets nice we might try to take the boat out too.

Hi, Bob, the last time we talked you suggested that we get together in Charleston for dinner this week. I haven't heard from you since. Is this still something that you would like to do?

Hi, Bob, how are things in the mountains? Di and I are going to Lexington on Saturday to visit our daughter and grandchildren. We will spend one night at our cabin at Cave Run. I'll let you know what the boat looks like. Can't wait until you get to go to Cave Run and sail with us.

Hi, Bob, I hope all is going well. I was wondering if you ever got your O'Day 22, or if that fell through? I look forward to meeting you sometime soon. Merry Christmas.
